Peggy Chen is a nail artist known for her bold, maximalist, and surreal approach to nail art.
She is the first Taiwanese nail artist to join Paris Fashion Week nail teams, creating nail art for Jean Paul Gaultier and Fecal Matter SS26.

Her work has been featured by Vogue Taiwan and GQ, and she has created nail art for international artists and performers including Nymphia Wind (winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race), Taeyang (BIGBANG), Julia Wu, and others.

Peggy specializes in visualization techniques — transforming objects, emotions, and even music into sculptural nail art. Her creations are defined by intense detail, strong color, and a surreal visual language where nails become wearable artworks.

Through ongoing international residencies in Tokyo, Paris, Berlin, and Vienna, she continuously expands her artistic vision through cross-cultural exchange.

Peggy Chen is currently developing her global nail art education program, offering in-person classes worldwide and international online courses, with the mission of sharing advanced nail art techniques and artistic thinking with professionals around the world.
